Cherry Road is run by Midlothian Council’s Adult Health and Social Care department and is a purpose built centre which is fully accessible. We work closely with social workers and health professionals to arrange and provide support to meet individually identified interests, needs and outcomes.
Cherry Road is a centre for adults with learning disabilities to access services, facilities and activities both within or out-with the centre.
It is situated within a housing estate in Bonnyrigg close to all local amenities and public transport links.
The use of the building has changed in the last few years and it is now a centre for people with more profound learning disabilities and an older persons group (The Golden Group) as well as a growing number of young people requiring additional support.
